We only seem to go to McDonalds for coffee, iced tea and ice cream. It's common for us to stop by and get a cone and the kids get a McFlury. This location is very chincy with the portions. We went today and the two McFlury's were only a little more than 3/4 of the cup filled and the cones were half the size they are at all of the other locations we've been to. I guess they were probably doing us a favor.

Unacceptable order of scrambled eggs, 3 bites at best, approx equal to 1/2 an egg, about 1/4 or less the amount i typically get. Received through drive through, and of course would have had to take the time to go back. I would have never accepted this with dine in. Extremely disappointed as we order a lot of scrambled eggs and typically share an order, when we are on the road.

Just hade a bad visit to this McDonald's drive through. Asked for some ketchup and the lady at the window handed me three packs of ketchup I was in the process of asking for more she just shut the window and turned around. Had to pull up go inside and get more ketchup. Will not stop here again. Thanks.

Went to get lunch today around 2. Our food was literally thrown into the bag. This is how it was wrapped. Will be going to the Lakesite McDonald's for here on now. I know it's McDonald's but come on.

This is the worst customer service of any McDonald's that I have ever experienced. Moved here from Florida and the Casper owed restaurants are excellent. Too bad didn't carry over here. Whomever owns this one needs to do a re-haul. The manager and staff last night have an "I don't care attitude and sadly this is the only one around this area.
